I used survey monkey as my top online survey tool. I found the site easy to use and applicable to all professions. The tools needed to develop precise survey questions were all listed and categorized for you. Just sign up, create, pick, choose, save and link it to your PWP. This could not be easier and the best part is the survey tool requires no fee.
I also found a few other great online survey tools, below is a list of three others I'd recommend at the bottom of this page. Many of these sites used to create online survey tools are convenient, easy to use and user friendly. The sites listed provide the tools needed to create the surveys or analyze statistics online.
